Site design for Administrative Information Services at Penn State, built using the WordPress theme Canvas. To coincide with the redesign, I also created original logos for AIS’s dozens of University services. The project was born from a need to shift our site away from using OpenText as its framework. After deciding on WordPress, the AIS Web Team (including myself and our developer and our content writer) pared down the site’s content based on studying site analytics and user surveys. We got to the heart of the site’s purpose: providing information about AIS services for the PSU community, and connecting AIS staff with contacts and information needed to perform their jobs.
